Tiffin School
Tiffin School is a selective boys' grammar school in Kingston upon Thames.
- School type: Selective grammar school (academy), state funded
- Admits: Boys aged 11 to 18, with a sixth form
- Location: Queen Elizabeth Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey (KT2 6RL)
- Size: ~1,480 pupils

How admission works
Entry is a two-stage test: a computer-marked Stage One sifting test in English and Maths, used only to decide who is invited to Stage Two, followed by written Stage Two English and Maths papers in mid-November. The combined score is 50% English and 50% Maths, but the Maths component itself blends Stage One and Stage Two scores in a 2:3 ratio, weighting the later paper more heavily. Up to 9 places are reserved for boys who clear a Sporting Aptitude Assessment and up to 9 for a Musical Aptitude Assessment, both introduced for September 2025 entry. Applicants living within 10km of the school (the Priority Area) get priority, and Tiffin's own tie-break for a shared score at the final place is measured to a named physical point: the Queen Elizabeth Road Pedestrian Gate entrance.
