How admission works
Entry at 11+ is by two written papers in early December — an English paper following the KS2 National Curriculum and a Maths paper the school describes as needing no specific syllabus preparation — plus a confidential headteacher's reference; a significant proportion of candidates are invited back in January for group interviews and taster lessons. Around 80 pupils join via 11+ each year alongside roughly 105 internal transfers from the Junior School.
